With a starting salary of $60,000-$80,000—among the highest in the St. Louis region—Kairos teachers are valued for their expertise and impact. Conversation

If we're interested, we'll tour you around the school and get to know you a bit.

Step 3

Task

We'll ask you to complete one or more performance tasks. Specifics vary by role.

Step 4

Interview

You'll observe a Kairos class, after which your new teammates will interview you.

Step 5

Offer

After the interview, you'll hear back from us with a final yes/no within two weeks.
